Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in basic details such as your full name, username, email address, and phone number, then set a secure password. Verify your phone number via the OTP sent by SMS, and your account will be active and ready to use on the same day. Each person may only hold one account — multiple accounts are a violation of our terms of service.

The minimum age requirement to register and use the 33zk platform is 18 years. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived. 33zk conducts identity verification (KYC) and reserves the right to request identification documents at any time. Accounts held by underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with our terms of service.

Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address or phone number. A reset link or OTP code will be sent to your email or phone. Follow the instructions provided to set a new password. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your Spam folder. Your registered username is permanent and cannot be changed. However, you can update your email address through the account settings section — you will need to verify the new email address before the change is saved. For other important information changes such as phone number, please contact our support team with the relevant identity verification documents.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required to ensure the security of all platform members and to comply with platform regulations. You may be asked to upload a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport, and sometimes proof of current address. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal or when certain transaction thresholds are reached.

Deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay are typically credited to your account within a few minutes — sometimes instantly. Deposits via direct bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes depending on bank processing times. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact 33zk support with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt) for prompt investigation.

33zk does not charge any processing fees on your deposits. The amount you deposit is the full amount credited to your account balance. However, your bank or payment provider may charge a small fee depending on their own policies. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you are unsure about any charges on their end.

If your deposit fails, first check whether the amount has been deducted from your bank account. If it was deducted but not credited to your 33zk account, take a screenshot of the payment receipt and contact our support team via live chat. Provide the transaction reference number, amount, and time. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Deducted amounts from failed transactions are usually refunded automatically within 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals

Most withdrawals at 33zk are processed within 1 to 24 hours from the time the request is received. Smaller withdrawals are typically processed faster. Factors affecting processing time include when the request is submitted (withdrawals on weekends or public holidays may take longer), your account's KYC status, and your chosen payment method. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to additional verification steps.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 33zk is RM30. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account level and chosen payment method. Members who have completed KYC verification enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Withdrawals may be rejected for several reasons: KYC not yet completed, bonus rollover requirements not met, bank account details do not match the 33zk account name, or suspicious activity that requires further review. If your withdrawal is rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason. Review the reason and resolve the issue, or contact our support team for further clarification.

Withdrawal requests still showing a "Processing" status can be cancelled from your account transaction history page. Click on the request you wish to cancel and select the cancellation option. However, requests already showing an "Approved" or "Completed" status cannot be cancelled. If you need help cancelling a request, contact our support team immediately as action must be taken before processing is complete.

33zk does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that will arrive in your bank account. However, your bank may apply a receiving fee — please check with your bank if needed. For members making withdrawals beyond a certain number per day, transaction limits may apply based on bank policy, not charges from 33zk.

Bonus & Promotions

Make sure you deposit within the specified timeframe after registration to qualify for the bonus. The rollover (or wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if the rollover is 10x and you receive a RM100 bonus, you must place RM1,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn.
